Our End of Tenancy Cleaning is guaranteed within 48 hours after the cleaning has been completed.

Please note our End of Tenancy Cleaning refers to an empty property. Should there still be any belongings, the service is not considered to be a guaranteed one and no free of charge re-clean can be organized.

For not inspected by our personnel properties prices quoted over the phone may need to be amended in case your property is larger than average.

The customer accepts and understands that poor service, breakage/damage or theft must be reported right after completion of the job. Failure to do so will eliminate customer’s pretensions.

End of Tenancy Cleaning does not include any junk removal. Any rubbish/leftovers, either yours or accumulated during the cleaning, will be gathered in bags and left in front of the property or thrown into the bins belonging to the property.

Professional Steam Carpet Cleaning Process:

* Moving furniture and other items obstructing our ability to provide an optimal clean (within reason)

* Pre-treatment of any stains, dirty patches, and high traffic areas

* De-odourising of cleaned areas

* An average drying time of only 2 to 3 hours.

Professional Dry Carpet Cleaning Process:

If your carpet or rug is made from delicate fabrics or natural plant fibres, such as jute, sisal, sea grass, rayon, etc. we offer dry carpet cleaning since those fabrics might be damaged by water. Dry carpet cleaning relies on a dry chemical solution and minimal amounts of moisture in removing dirt or other unwanted particles, without risk of damage to your carpets.

However, in some cases stains may have caused a permanent damage due to the discoloration of the natural carpet fibres.

Carpets/Upholstery Steam and Dry cleaning and External Window Cleaning are not a guaranteed service and therefore no free re-clean is included in the price.

Our carpet technician will choose the most suitable method and chemicals for each particular job. We are not able to clean any permanent stains/dirt that cannot be removed.

Bookings/quotations that were given for a property that was not inspected by one of our Carpet Cleaning personnel, may change once they visit your property e.g. If the room size is larger than average, if the carpets require special treatment or if there is a requirement for the movement of furniture.

We request that you are available to inspect the premises with one of our cleaners after completion to ensure complete satisfaction.


Should you need to amend your confirmed booking, or if you have any further questions, please contact us at your earliest convenience on the number provided below.

If you have to cancel or reschedule the service, please do so at least 24 hours prior to the cleaning appointment. Failure to contact us on
time will result in a cancellation fee equivalent to £50.00. Same applies if there is no one to let the cleaners in or there is no water or electricity access.

Please note that End of Tenancy Portsmouth keeps the right to reschedule or cancel any service due to COVID – 19 reasons. As your safety our main goal!
